Galatians 6:8-9(KJV) For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

As a child, I needed no one to teach me to lie but I needed to be taught how to write, I did many other wrong things at will but needed to be taught almost everything good that I know how to do.

We dwell in a world where evil seems to prevail and anyone who wants to stand on the path of righteousness is considered outdated.

It was similar in Paul’s time. He wrote ”Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit.” [NLT]

It could be as simple as reducing your age to get a job, telling a little lie to get out of trouble, etc. You are admonished not to get weary in well doing: for in due season you shall reap if you faint not. Could it be that you are fainting when the time to reap is near? Be encouraged; don’t give up, your own due season will come.

Go into today knowing that God is a just judge, he will not forget your good deeds.

Prayer Confession: I will not faint, I will reap in due season in Jesus’ name. Amen
